Can I inquire directly with the front desk if I need anything?

What is the WiFi?
The network name is iCoconutGrove and the password miami33133. In case it doesn’t work, please connect to the Hotel Arya wi-fi as a plan B!
Where should I park in the garage?
Feel free to use any space unassigned and available space between the 3rd and 6th floors. Please don’t forget to leave your decal in your room prior to leaving the property, as you will be able to exit the garage without it. We unfortunately do have to charge a fee for parking decals.
How do I access the gym?
Take the elevator to the PH level, then the stairs up one flight. Your elevator card key will give you access to the fitness center that is open from 6 am till 10 pm. Enjoy the magnificent view!
Is there a laundry room?
On the 6th floor, a key is provided for the coin operated laundry room in your desk’s drawer. Please bring your own quarters, as the front desk does not provide them for non hotel guests. Please remember to return the key for the next guest! Detergent is self-provided.
What are the hours for the pool, spa and squash courts?
All three are located on the 8th floor. Pool and jacuzzi with breathtaking views are open from sunrise to sunset. Please check with front desk to ensure the squash courts are available and provide your own rackets and balls. Courts are open from 6 am to 10 pm.
